Delivery Information
Delivery is made daily, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. The delivery provider is Correos.
Orders placed before 14:00 are shipped on the same day if business. Orders placed after 14:00 will be shipped next day, if business. All orders received on weekend or holiday are shipped on the next working day before 10:00.
Orders less than 70 euros are borne by the buyer. For orders over € 70, delivery is free.
As we collaborate with Correos under special conditions, the shipping costs for our customers are much cheaper than normal.
There are no customs duties in the peninsular territory, Ceuta, Melilla and the Balearic Islands.
In the territory of the Canary Islands you have to pay VAT.
We pack each item very carefully, but unfortunately sometimes the goods are damaged during delivery.
In this case, send detailed photos of the broken items to info@katofamily.es, and we will replace the damaged items. In this case, you will not have to pay for the shipment.
Order & Return
Each order is assigned a personal tracking number, which can be used to track its evolution on the Post Office website.
If you provide your phone number when ordering, the courier will call you to arrange a convenient delivery time. Otherwise, the delivery will be made at the scheduled time, and if you are not available, the courier will make other attempts.
If the tracking number indicates that the order has been delivered, but you have not received it, please write to us info@katofamily.es-we will contact the Post Office and we will file a complaint.
If the order status is in delivery for a long time and you have not specified your phone number for the courier to contact you, please send us your phone number and we will notify the courier.
If you change your mind, you can return the purchased products within 30 days as long as they have not been used and keep all the original packaging. If you wish to return a product, you can send us an email to info@katofamily.es and we will inform you of the steps to follow.

Orders can be paid with bank cards or through the PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay payment systems.
All payments are safe.
Yes, if you have a gift card from our online store, you can pay for your order with it. To do this, when placing an order, you must enter the code indicated on the card in the "promotional code" window.
If the order amount is less than the face value of the gift card, the difference is not refundable and is not transferred to the next order.
