- Order
1.1. You. You can place the order through our online store inwww.katofamily.es. Orders arriving differently from the above will not be accepted.
1.2. If you have any questions about the product or the order, you can ask by writing to the info@katofamily.es email or WhatsApp chat.
1.3. Once you have accepted your order, we will send you a confirmation by email where the order number will also appear. Order confirmation will be effective from shipment. If we can't process your order due to any incident, we will contact you by email or phone.
1.4. Once all the required products have been in the basket, the purchase continues, reaching the Shipping and Payment screen.
1.5. Once the order is placed, KATÓ family food traditions will send customers an email with the order receipt that will contain the purchase summary, as well as payment information and shipping and billing data.
- Supply your order
2.1. We will supply the products indicated in your order confirmation, in accordance with these terms and conditions of sale.
2.3. The hours of receipt of orders are twenty-four (24) hours, three hundred and sixty-five (365) days of the year, although orders made after fourteen (14) hours will not be processed, remaining for the following business day in the city from Malaga. Orders received over the weekend will be processed early on the following Monday or first business day.
- Prices
3.1. The price of the products includes the corresponding I.V.A and will be the one indicated in your order and/or invoice.
3.2. The shipping cost is at your expense, as will be stated in your order and invoice.
3.3. For orders over 70 euros, delivery is free (only within the peninsula).
3.4. All promotions and discounts are strictly valid for the specified period of time or until the promotion units are completed.
- Payment of your order

- Payment by card or Bizum The Customer must include the number of his debit/credit card (Visa, Visa Electron and Mastercard), as well as the other additional information that is required in the purchase procedure. The charge will be made once it is accepted by the Customer's financial institution, since, otherwise, the purchase cannot be carried out.
The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information of their payment method, so KATÓ family food traditions is not responsible for any loss that the customer may suffer as a result of incorrect information about the payment method provided.
- Payment via PayPal: it will be necessary for the Customer to have a PayPal account to use this means of payment.
4.2. You. You must pay in the currency indicated on your invoice. We only accept payments in Euros.
4.3. If you pay. With Credit Card, you will need to provide your credit card details at the time of placing your order. We only accept payments with secure cards in which your identity as cardholder is authenticated according to the method established by your bank, through the secure e-commerce service ("Verified by Visa" and "MasterCard SecureCode").
- Delivery of your order
5.1. We will send your order to the shipping address in your order request.
5.2. We will ship your order within the shipping time listed on our website on the issue date of your order confirmation.
5.3. At the time of delivery of your order to our carrier we will send you confirmation of the shipment to the email address you Provided when ordering. At the shipping confirmation we will tell you the tracking number for your shipment. Can track it through the website of our carrier.
5.4. Deliveries are made in 2 or 3 working days in the Peninsula. Some areas far from urban centers or provincial capitals do not have daily distribution, so the delivery will be made on the first day available by the transport agency, and the forecast of 1-2 working days may be delayed.
