Take cured beef-salt, pepper-truffle oil-rosemary-garlic-butter.
In a hot cast iron skillet, 1 minute 30 seconds on each side, add the butter, garlic, rosemary and truffle oil. Fry 1 minute more on each side. Then let the meat rest for 5 minutes. Don't forget old red wine and good profit!
