The most famous apple pie is Charlotte's
-6 eggs (it is important to remove them from the fridge in advance so that they are warm)
-A glass of sugar, a little vanillated sugar
-A glass of flour
-2 apples
-Cinnamon, powdered sugar.
Separate the squirrels from the yolks and beat and a tight foam, while still beating, add the sugar, then the flour, at the end of the yolks.
