Salad with octopus

Ingredients:
-Olive oil for frying
-3 potatoes
-3 octopus tentacles
-A handful of arugula
-1 large onion
-3 cloves of garlic
-Half blue onion


Preparation:
Cocer and fry the potatoes. Cut the cooked octopus into pieces, fry with the chopped onion and garlic. Put the potatoes and octopus on the arugula, sprinkle with half rings of blue onion cut into thin slices.
