A restaurant that I had wanted to visit for a long time. Two chefs I hear about all the time. And here I am!
Let's start with the atmosphere. The interior is sober but very cozy and modern. There is an open kitchen, which I did not hesitate to look at as usual))) And most importantly, the team. Palodú's team is all attention, a superior service.
My next "wow" was the wines. We took a set so that each dish was complemented by the wine selected for it. And again, 10 out of 10! I was pleasantly surprised that the wines were not fruity and floral, but with much heavier and more ripe notes.
And finally, the dishes. The philosophy of the restaurant is to serve local products while preserving the taste to the maximum. You will laugh, but I still can't get those tender peas out of my head) And this broth with white prawns, oh God... Each dish broadened my horizons.
A few hours spent flying in an unforgettable way, full and a little drunk, even from the experience, we sincerely thanked the creators of this miracle.
