Ingredients:

1 large sea bass (take only the loin)

Lime stocking

Teaspoon vinegar

A little chopped onion

2 teaspoons olive oil

1 dried chilli

Preparation:

So take a perfectly clean, boneless sea bass loin and slice thinly.

For the marinate, combine the juice of half a lime, a teaspoon of vinegar, a little chopped onion, 2 teaspoons of olive oil and crushed dried chilli. Add salt to taste.

Put the fish in the marinade for 15 minutes and enjoy this unsurpassed delicacy!
