Ingredients for 3 people:
-3 pieces of chicken (thighs or wings)
-1 onion
- 1 zanahoria
-Half branch of celery
-2-3 laurel leaves
-3 boiled eggs
-Fresh herbs
preparation:
Put the chicken in boiling water, remove all the foam. Add chopped vegetables. Do not chop too thin, preferably into larger pieces. Add the bay leaf, salt and pepper. Cook over low heat for 1 hour-the broth should not boil too much. Before serving, put a sliced egg on a plate and sprinkle with herbs. Good advantage!
