Ingredients for 4 people:
-Half rabbit
-100 grams of dried beehives (dried ones have the right taste)
-1 leek
-200 grams of cream
-100 grams of white wine
-1 sprig of fresh thyme or a pinch of dried thyme
-50 grams of butter
preparation:
Pour boiling water over the mushrooms, leave to rest for 15 minutes, wash and squeeze.
Cut leeks into hoops. Melt the butter in a pan, fry the mushrooms and leeks. Set aside and fry the rabbit pieces in the same pan. Mix everything, pour the wine and allow it to evaporate under the lid for 15-20 minutes. Add cream, thyme, salt and pepper. Slow heat for 20 minutes.
