Ingredients:
-Salmon soup game
-1 onion
- 1 zanahoria
-3 cloves of garlic
-1 potato
- 1 tomate
-200 grams of cream
-Fresh dill
-Sunflower oil for frying
preparation:
Put the fish in boiling water (1.5 liters) and cook for 10 minutes. Leave to cool and remove fish, set aside. Strain the broth.
Fry the chopped onion, grated carrot and garlic in a frying pan with sunflower oil. Pour over the broth, add the chopped potatoes and the tomato previously blanched, peeled and chopped. Cocer for 30 minutes. Add fish, cream, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, add the chopped dill, turn off and cover for a couple of minutes. Bon Appetite!
