Ingredients:
-1 large zucchini
-1 small onion
-1 tablespoon of flour
-1 egg
-Sunflower oil
For the sauce
-2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
-1 clove of garlic
-2 branches of fresh dill
preparation:
Grate the zucchini with a fine grater, squeeze the moisture. Rate the onion. Add flour and egg, salt and pepper. Fry the pancakes.
For the sauce, mix the yogurt, pressed garlic and very finely chopped dill. Bon Appetite!
